Techniques you must now to sell your house!

Have you ever notice how cozy and nice the model homes are decorated whenever you go look at houses? They make the buyer immediately fall in love with the house. You can even picture your family having breakfast, or the kids playing upstairs, and you want to buy that house right away.

Well according to Realtor Magazine, Homes that are decorated and have furniture tend to sell for an average of 7% more than similar houses with an uninviting appeal. In addition, according to a joint study by the University of Alabama and the University of Texas at Arlington, the premium rises to as high as 14% in slower real estate markets with greater housing inventory.

Sellers are great at knowing how to make a house look great just by rearranging somethings around. Because they are trained to sell to your emotions and not to your brain. They also know the last trends and what people are looking for. According to Amanda Lauren, the styles that are winning in 2020 are Neutral colors, all-white kitchen, Single-use spaces, Singular design schemes, accent walls, the faux look, etc.

The outside appeal of the house is very important as well, the fence, the front yard, even the neighbor's yard is important, that way the homebuyers can see the full potential of the house they are looking at.

You made the decision to buy your first house. It is time to think about if you can afford it. Before you start looking for a house get pre-approved. When they apply for a loan to the mortgage company, the loan offic...
